Overview
NEO is presented as a home robot for household chores and conversational assistance. The manufacturer distinguishes foundational early-access autonomy from the broader goal of full autonomy: unfamiliar chores may require scheduled remote guidance by a 1X Expert.
The hardware section lists a soft covered body, tendon-driven actuation, a four-hour runtime and separate degrees-of-freedom figures for hands, arms, neck, spine and legs. A reservation route is shown, but this check does not establish a UK delivery programme or unrestricted autonomous household capability.
